This collection contains photographs and documents related to the Southwestern Illinois Intercity Baseball League, particularly focused on the Maryville team, the Maryville Red Sox. The items were digitized at the Maryville Heritage Museum and copies were donated to Madison Historical.

	Kenneth "Obie" Oberkfell at Ready Stance in St. Louis Cardinals Uniform	This is a black and white photograph of Kenneth Raymond Oberkfell at ready stance on baseball field while wearing St. Louis Cardinals Uniform. Oberkfell played for six different professional baseball teams from 1977 to 1992. He played both third and second base. Oberkfell worked in the Minor Leagues as a coach. 	1981 Dwain Sloat and Mike Semanism	This is a black and white photograph of Dwain Sloat and Mike Semanisin taken in August of 1981. Sloat was a Major Leage Baseball Pitcher for the Brooklyn Dodgers and Chicago Cubs in the 1948 and 1949 seasons. Semanisin played baseball at Nebraska state and semi-professionally for the Nebraska Norfolk Elks in 1943 at the age of 22.	1981	November 13, 2019
