In this interview, Vice-Chancellor Rudolph (Rudy) Wilson discusses the changes in the Metro-East Area. Wilson addresses his work as a member of the Education Department faculty and dealing with racial tensions throughout the Metro-East community as well as inside the educational system after being recruited to teach at SIU Edwardsville, Illinois from the school system in California.
