Description

This is a black and white photograph of an a Collinsville Indians Baseball Player at first base with glove and baseball in his hand. he Scoreboard can be seen behind the player with a group of children sitting in front of it. The image was taken at the game with the "African Zulu Cannibals." The Zulu's were an all African American Baseball team. On May 30, 1949 the Collinsville Indians played the Zulu Cannibals at the Collinsville High School. Size: 4" x 6.25"
