Description

This is a black and white image of an unidentified "Collinsville Indians" baseball player, an unidentified "African Zulu Cannibals" catcher, and the umpire. In the background an automobilie, building and group of spectators are present. The African Zulus were an all African American baseball team that traveled around the country playing local teams. The Collinsville Indians played the Zulu's in 1949 at the Collinsville High School.
