This is a black and white photograph of Collinsville, Ill Mayor Doc Harrison, Bob Boken, Joe Cronin and Vernon Lucas. Joe Cronin was the Manager of the Washington Senators an American League Team and Vernon Lucas was the founder of the Southwestern Illinois Intercity Baseball League.
