Description

This is a recipe for apple sauce cake that was created circa 1970, and has since been passed down generationally through Elena Konradt's family. The paper has yellowed with age and has collected stains over time. This recipe was made every year for Elena's grandmother on her birthday.

This recipe was photographed as part of a Madison Historical class visit to Liberty Middle School in spring 2020. It was brought to class by Elena Konradt.
