Description

This item is a Madison County Plot Map from February 5, 1972. It displays Jolda, Lakewood, and Oakdale subdivsions in Madision County, Illinois. On the map are identifiable train tracks owned by the Chicago North Railroad and Northpole Western Railroad. These neighborhoods are in Glen Carbon, Illinois. Also present on the map are geographical markers such as lakes as well as traffic roads, and identifiable land plots throughout the area.

This map was brought in by Julia Melosci as a part of a Madison Historical class visit to Liberty Middle School in February 2020.
