Description

Train arrives at the Glen Carbon train station to pick up passengers. Both the Illinois Central Railroad and Clover Leaf railroad provided passenger service to St. Louis several times a day, beginning at 6:00 am. One could spend the say in St. Louis, watch the Veiled Prophet parade, and still catch the 10:10 pm train home.
