Description

This 1926 photograph displays the west side of the Madison County Tuberculosis Sanitarium. Jacks were installed to the foundation of the building after mine subsidence. These improvements were a larger part of a necessary construction completed to the building after mine subsidence. The building later became the Madison County Nursing Home.
