Description

This is a color photograph of "Welcome to Wood River 'Progressing on' in the Spirit of Lewis and Clark." There is a blue star memorial highway sign located next toe the welcome sign. The city water tower is located in the background of the image. "The Community leader" is written on the back of the image. The sign was believed to have been donated to the community by Standard Oil.
