1958 Sports Review Magazine from Mount Morris, Illlinois This issue of Sports Review Magazing was Published in Mount Morris, Illinois, in 1958. The issue's special topic is on baseball. On the cover is a picture of Lew Burdette, a Milwaukee pitcher, along with a caption that reads, "Lew Burdette; the pitcher who made Milwaukee famous."The magazine has some mild cosmetic defects and wrinkles on the cover and interior pages.

1940s Edwardsville Creamery Milk Bottle This is an Edwardsville Creamery Milk Bottle from the 1940's. Glass milk bottles were used by delivery services to deliver milk to houses in crates daily. On the front it reads, "Property of Edwardsville Creamery Edwardsville, IL" and on the back it says, "One Quart Liquid". When people were finished with these bottles, they wouldn't always return them to Edwarsville Creamery.

1943 Photograph of Lester Kelley in World War II Uniform This is a picture of Lester Kelley from 1943. Kelley is the recipient of multiple military honors for active service in combat. He passed away in 2009.

Antique 1940's Serving Spoon, Given as a Wedding Gift A silver slotted serving spoon which has a floral motif along the handle and the ladle is slotted with a design.

1959 Abe Lincoln Gets His Chance Paperback Book This is a 1959 publication Abe Gets His Chance. The book was written by Frances Cavanah and illustrated by Don Silbey. The book is a decomissioned library book from the Hilsboro Library, located in downtown Hilsboro, IL. The book is a biography focusing on the childhood of the U.S. president, Abraham Lincoln.

1944 World War II Letter Describing Rifle Pin Qualifications This artifact is a copy of a genuine letter from a U.S. soldier to his wife dated 1944-3-26. The letter describes the qualifications for a rifle pin, written by Robert Thompson while he was stationed in Germany during World War II. The two guns crossing at the top of the letter represent a rifle pin.

A Satchel Guide to Europe This booklet entitled "A Satchel Guide to Europe" contains maps of train tracks in Europe. This book gave information on when it would be best to use certain train tracks, the destinations on each individual track, and all other general information on European rails.

A Fourth of July Advertisement for Plegge's Store in Bethalto, IL. This is a Fourth of July advertisement for the Plegge Store in Bethalto, IL. The store was open from 1933-1951 and during its years of operation quickly adapted to new innovations in food products such as Jell-O, Kool-Aid, and Miracle Whip.

Madison County 1873 Microfilm Worden Residences and Bird Eye View The document is a part of a book called Madison County 1873 Microfilm by Brink, McCormick. It reads under the top image, "Residence and Premises of John C. Worden", the founder of the new city. In the middle of the document is a bird's eye view of Worden. The caption says "Birds-eye view from the South-east of a portion of the new city of Worden, Founded 1870 Madison Co, Illinois." At the bottom of the document is another image it reads at the bottom "View of the first depot of the Toledo Wabash and western R.R at Worden erected 1870 John C Worden station Agent. Postmaster General Storekeeper."

1985-1986 Edwardsville High School Yearbook This is a light gray, hardcover yearbook for Edwardsville High School in 1986. There is a picture of a tiger on the front cover of the yearbook, along with the words reading "Nineteen Eighty Six." The yearbook was published by the company Josten's.
